Returns, Refunds and Exchanges by Mail
Customer must notify BuyLane1 of a return for refund within 15 days of purchase and get a return authorization notification via email, before returning items. If you return or exchange a product, we recommend that you ship your package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. BuyLane1 is not responsible for packages lost in transit without proof of delivery signature, signed by BuyLane1.

If a customer returns merchandise that does not have a return authorization, it will be sent back to the customer at their expense.

To return or exchange an order by mail:

• Include a copy of your proof of purchase.
• Ship your package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance.
